Integrative Functional Medicine Wellness Lab Test (value up to $399). Practitioner will choose test based on your evaluation results. Results will be shared with you in separate lab review health coaching session..
Up to $250 in herbal and nutritional supplement protocols to help being balance back to the body. These are determined by practitioner based on your evaluation and wellness goals and included at no additional cost as part of your plan payment.
Discounts on any additional optional desired testing and herbal/nutritional support.
Access to HIPPA compliant health portal to track test results, schedule appointments and share documents securely.
